Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial energy storage products in the Southeast country region (focus on Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand).
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs, and large commercial/industrial end-users.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to inform product and sales strategy.
• Represent Risen at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in the region.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support to ensure customer satisfaction and market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have proven sales experience in the solar energy or energy storage industry, specifically with residential storage and commercial & industrial storage products.
• Must have a strong existing network and a proven track record of sales success in the Southeast country market, specifically in Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any local language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai) is a significant plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
