A leading real estate investment firm in Kuala Terengganu is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mall management, brand positioning, and digital marketing. Responsibilities include overseeing advertising campaigns, conducting market research, and managing events. Passion and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.
Develop Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the senior management team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, positioning the brand, and determining key marketing channels to reach prospective buyers and sellers.
Branding and Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company's properties. Ensure consistency in all marketing materials, including website, social media, brochures and advertisements. Position the company as a market leader and differentiate it from competitors.
Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, outdoor and social media. Collaborate with advertising agencies, graphic designers and copywriters to create impactful marketing collateral. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and online advertising. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies to drive online engagement and lead generation.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitor activities. Analyze data insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Events and Sponsorships: Plan, organize and manage events such as open houses, property showcases, industry conferences and community involvement initiatives. Identify sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and oral.
Must be able to work as a team.
Passionate and enthusiastic about making change in retail asset management.
Strong leasing and lease management experience and knowledge.
Strong financial, budgeting, lease analysis and reporting skills.
Knowledge of retail markets and leasing.
Minimum 5‑7 years in mall management or retail operations.
