As part of the Marketing team, this is the key role to supporting the business development and technical department to strategize, formulate and implement effective marketing activities & initiatives to our targeted market (local & international) in the agriculture industry. You are also responsible for producing content for the company’s corporate newsletter as well as other marketing materials.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, managing campaigns, and fostering engagement across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to delivering impactful marketing activities and campaigns in alignment with company objectives.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Oversee the development of marketing tools, product packaging, and initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Conduct research and analyze market trends within the industry to generate business insights.

Prepare forecasts and report findings to management for strategic decision‑making.

Drive social media, website, interactive, and video content creation for digital platforms.

Campaign Management

Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at dealers, distributors, farmers, etc.

Continuously evaluate the performance and success of campaigns, optimizing strategies for better results.

Internal Marketing & Communication

Develop employee engagement campaigns to inform and align teams with company objectives.

Create and distribute newsletters and intranet content to ensure consistent internal communication.

Corporate Event Management

Plan and execute corporate events such as annual dinners, ad‑hoc events, and other company‑wide initiatives.

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure events meet objectives and are executed within timelines.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to conceptualize and lead impactful marketing projects.

Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Agriculture, FMCG, B2B sectors or any related industries.

Exposure to the ASEAN and China markets is not a requirement, but it will be considered an added advantage.

Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content creation and copywriting.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
