We are looking for a Manager, Logistics Operations to lead logistics activities across the APAC region (excluding Greater China). This role focuses on warehouse management (3PL & Inhouse) and secondary transportation, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service at the lowest cost. You will drive network distribution modeling, warehouse layout optimization, throughput improvements by implementing Lean principles, integrating automation and digitalization trends into our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and oversee cluster logistics performance.
• Optimizing transport mode mix (FTL/LTL, milk-run, multimodal, cross-dock)
• Incorporate logistics megatrends such as automation, visibility, and digitalization into SC Johnson operations.
• Establish Regional KPI Dashboards covering Service, Cost & Quality.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with 3PLs and lead RCA on Service Failures and Corrective Action Plans.
• Lead Cost-to-Serve analysis through continuous improvement, network modeling, and route-to-market optimization.
• Strengthen carrier management, rate benchmarking and contract governance.
• Ensure compliance with SCJ and country regulations on health, safety, environmental standards, and import/export laws.
• Manage inventory across the network and develop sustainable operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Supply Chain teams to align logistics operations with business priorities.
• Provide insights and predictive analysis on logistics performance and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations and LSP management.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills; experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Deep understanding of FMCG warehousing, high-velocity pick/pack operations.
• Expertise in carrier management and distribution across diverse logistics infrastructure.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, real-time tracking tools and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with ASEAN and North Asia logistics regulations and trade practices.
• Regional people management exposure and a strong financial acumen.
