Job Summary
  • As the Manager of Learning & Development at GSC, the role primarily focuses on driving the talent development across our diverse portfolio spanning from entertainment to F&B, cinema, retail and other related businesses. This position is instrumental in building high performing teams and shaping future‑ready leaders in a dynamic, customer‑centric environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise‑wide learning & development strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs covering leadership, service excellence, operational capability, and technical skills
  • Identify organisational and capability gaps and translate them into effective learning solutions
  • Partner closely with business leaders to support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning
  • Manage learning budgets, external vendors, and learning platforms
  • Track learning effectiveness and continuously enhance training outcomes
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role as an HR lead or manager
  • Proven experience in leading large HR teams across HR operations, payroll and rewards & compensation
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience using SAP SuccessFactors (SAP‑SF) full modules, including system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment to production
  • In‑depth knowledge of labour law, understanding of HR processes, best practices of current trend, legal requirements, and compliance related matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Phyton, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP‑SF (full suite) & Rymnet
