Job summary

A leading primary healthcare provider in Malaysia is seeking an HR Manager to supervise recruitment strategies across entities. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage employee relations issues. Preferred candidates will have leadership experience and be multilingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with recruiting and HR business partnering.
  • Assume leadership role for at least 3 years and above.
  • Exposure to payroll processing and other HR functions is advantageous.

PMG offers a comprehensive range of primary healthcare services, including medical clinic, dental clinic, physio centre and retail pharmacy.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Manager (or equivalent) major in recruitment and industrial relations. The role will supervise two HR teams across two entities.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to initiate recruitment strategies for hiring requirements and manpower planning for management office and professional roles.
  • Identify and grow effective recruitment channels and platforms to attract the right talent and skillsets.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process for the specific region/area, ensuring the right person in the right place.
  • Develop and collaborate with universities and colleges by participating in career fairs, career talks or events.
  • Manage social networking initiatives by updating internal programs, activities and vacancies for talent pipeline and employer branding.
  • Lead and execute mass hiring initiatives for selected support roles.
  • Handle employee issues such as counselling, grievance handling, investigation and domestic inquiry for the specific region/area.
  • Work with C&B to develop attractive hiring packages and perks.
  • Develop policies, SOPs, and contribute to HRIS implementation.
  • Provide experience in merger and acquisition of entities.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with recruiting and HR business partnering, supporting business growth and acquisition projects.
    • Assume leadership role for at least 3 years and above.
    • Exposure to payroll processing and other HR functions is advantageous.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Preferably multilingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
