Job Description

As HR Business Partner you will advise, consult, and support employees and managers in all aspects of HR processes, strategies, and policies. You will be responsible for aligning business goals in designated business areas and aligning partnerships across HR, incl. People Development, Rewards and Benefits and HR People Services to deliver value-added HR-related services that reflect the organization\'s objectives.

  • Act as a consultant and strategic partner to the business, translating strategies into people and organizational priorities, in close collaboration with the leadership teams to achieve business goals
  • Build relationships with managers and employees, developing a strong understanding of their business, goals and challenges, while anticipating, assessing and helping to address systemic issues
  • Offer leadership guidance on organizational and people-related strategies and execution, providing insightful data to guide decision-making and providing solutions
  • Support the different phases of an employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding and people development by partnering with other counterparts in HR
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor law, operating and developing personnel related processes complying with the respective valid legislation
  • Deploy global and local HR policies within the areas of responsibility, such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc.
  • Support local areas of work and organizational development and make regular suggestions and transformation support
  • Be an Infineon ambassador in contact with employees, managers, and external entities, promoting and developing the Infineon culture and focusing on attraction and retention of the existing talents in the company.

You are a natural team player with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to recognize the potential of collaborating across boundaries. You consider yourself an empathic listener that continuously strives to create trustful and sustainable relationships. You see and understand the root causes of potential problems and proactively develop suitable solutions for them.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role with the ability to manage business clients
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor law
  • Multidisciplinary HR experience within an international organization is a plus
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage complex situations
  • Ability to listen and to establish trustful and cooperative relationships
  • Fluency in Malaysian and English (mandatory).
