About The Job

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale our current Returns product and our newly launched Resale product as we move from the 0 to 1 stage into 1 to 100.

You’ll shape our commercial and growth strategy while driving the team to hit ambitious targets through disciplined execution. This role is ideal for a builder who’s comfortable setting direction, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining a high bar for results as we scale from early users to repeatable, sustainable success.

The role requires a strong grasp of product and technical skills to build AI agent automation workflows (e.g., n8n).

This role sits at the intersection of operations, sales, and product - partnering with our sales org to scale GTM, represent the voice of the customer, and drive product‑led growth, while owning the P&L for our products.

  • Be the voice of our retailers: Drive insights across segments to refine product‑market fit and strengthen our GTM strategy.
  • Launch & scale GTM playbooks: Build and operationalise repeatable playbooks that align both product marketing and sales to drive growth across markets.
  • Design pipeline strategies, support go‑to‑market execution, and build scalable acquisition and retention motions.
  • Work with retailers across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, setup, troubleshooting, and feature guidance, to inform and shape product direction.
  • Partner with the engineering team to build new features, surface trends and insights from customer feedback.
  • Build models and workflows using AI tools like n8n to evaluate and automate projects and experiments.
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of startup, partnership, consulting, or investment banking experience
  • You’re comfortable digging into complex problems, testing ideas, creating scalable fixes, and partnering across teams to drive real impact.
  • Great at testing scrappy ideas first, then scaling them into consistent, repeatable programs.

Pay And Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is MYR 130,000 – MYR 180,000. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and career level.
