Job description
Be our Manager, Supply & Demand Planning!

As the Manager, Supply & Demand Planning, you will play a key role in shaping CompAsia’s supply chain performance through smarter, insight-driven planning. You’ll bridge strategy and execution — turning market signals and operational data into actionable plans that balance demand, supply, and business priorities.

This role is both analytical and hands‑on, ideal for someone who can connect trends to actions, improve planning accuracy, and surface new growth opportunities.

Who Are We?

CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end‑to‑end solutions for certified pre‑owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life‑cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia’s Future?
  • Drive demand planning by leveraging early indicators such as sales trends, page visitors, and BIS requests to forecast demand with better accuracy.
  • Enhance supply planning by segmenting demand and inventory by product type, grade, and sales channel to improve efficiency and turnaround.
  • Identify and close gaps between supply and demand to ensure balanced allocation and reduce forecast deviation.
  • Surface missed opportunities, including repair potential, grading upgrade needs, and supply mix adjustments to unlock business value.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align plans with business direction and market movements.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to monitor trends, highlight risks, and support data‑driven decision-making.
  • Support process and tool enhancement to strengthen forecasting, visibility, and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Execute planning activities while contributing to the development of long‑term strategies and continuous improvement.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply, demand, or inventory planning — preferably within a fast‑moving or product‑centric business.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate data insights into planning actions.
  • Proficient in ERP or planning systems; knowledge of data visualization or forecasting tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands‑on and proactive — able to balance daily execution with strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
