Zusammenfassung

CIMB is seeking an experienced technology risk reporting and analytics professional to lead the development and enhancement of dashboards and management reports for risk oversight across the Group. The role focuses on consolidating risk data, identifying trends and communicating insights to senior management.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in technology or operational risk, strong data analytics skills, and familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory risk environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, cyber security, risk management or related discipline.
• Experience in technology risk, risk reporting, analytics and governance in financial/regulated environments preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP or COBIT are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, maintenance and enhancement of technology risk reporting, dashboards and analytics for risk oversight.
• Consolidate and analyse risk information to deliver insights on technology risk exposure, trends and emerging themes.

Jobbeschreibung

• Lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of technology risk reporting, dashboards and analytics to support effective risk oversight across the Group.
• Consolidate and analyse risk information to provide meaningful insights on technology risk exposure, trends and emerging risk themes.
• Support informed decision-making by Senior Management and governance committees through timely, accurate and actionable risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technology risk dashboards, management reports and governance committee reporting across the Group.
• Consolidate and analyse risk metrics, KRI performance, incidents, control issues, risk assessments and other technology risk information.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of risk reporting and dashboards to support effective risk monitoring and decision-making.
• Analyse technology risk trends, concentrations and emerging risk themes to support proactive risk management.
• Identify key observations and risk insights from multiple data sources and communicate meaningful findings to management.
• Support the development of risk reporting enhancements and analytics capabilities to improve risk visibility and oversight.

Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with Technology, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to obtain, validate and consolidate technology risk information.
• Prepare management presentations, reporting packs and committee materials for governance forums and senior management.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting standards, data quality and risk analytics practices across the Group.

Job Specification

• Experienced technology risk professional with strong knowledge of risk reporting, data analysis and technology risk governance practices.
• Good understanding of technology, cybersecurity and operational risk management within financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills with the ability to translate risk data into meaningful management insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Professional qualification in a related discipline will be an added advantage. Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT or data analytics related certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Reporting, Risk Analytics, IT Audit or Risk Governance.
• Experience in management reporting, dashboard development, KRI monitoring and risk data analysis.
• Experience within financial institutions or highly regulated environments will be an added advantage.
