This full‑time role will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with key government stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with government officials, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor relevant government policies, regulations, and legislation, and advise the organization on implications and potential impacts.
  • Represent the company's interests in meetings, negotiations, and public consultations with government entities.
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions, proposals, and responses to government inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to proactively engage with government stakeholders and influence policy decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on government relations activities and developments.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs role, preferably within the automotive or a related industry.
