    • Stakeholder Communication: Draft and manage clear, intentional communications to staff, ensuring alignment and increasing engagement.
    • Program Design Support: Contribute to the refinement and iteration of program design based on feedback and strategic organizational goals.
  • People Data Management and Analysis
    • Serve as the primary lead for all People Circle data and analytics, using insights to drive continuous improvement in the staff experience.
  • Overall Data Strategy and Management: Serving as the holistic lead for our people data management & analysis approach, tools, and system.
  • Data Systems and Integrity: Manage key people data systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across a globally distributed team.
  • Data Reporting: Track and report on key organizational metrics (e.g., new hire, attrition, and engagement data) and respond to internal data requests.
  • Survey Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project management of our annual Staff Engagement Survey and Development Needs Survey, from design and launch through data processing, analysis, and presenting key insights for organizational reflection.
  • Excellence in Core People Cycles, Systems, and Funds: Drive execution excellence for critical, organization-wide annual cycles, administrative processes, and strategic staff funds.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong Project Management Acumen: Proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end, ideally in a global or remote context, with a high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail.
  • Data and Systems Management: Demonstrated experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, including a comfort with data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities: Effectively juggle competing demands, maintain attention to detail, and ensure timely execution across a high volume of concurrent projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment: Anticipate challenges, identify potential risks early, and take initiative to address issues or seek input when needed.
  • Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking: Approach operational tasks with a big-picture perspective, using critical thinking to drive smarter decisions and more effective execution.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Relations: Exceptional skills in both written communication and building trusting relationships across a global staff. Serve as a knowledgeable, approachable first point of contact for staff questions.
  • Ability to thrive in a distributed leadership model: Effectively balance personal ownership and high-judgment decision-making with actively seeking and integrating input from stakeholders across the global team.
  • Ambiguity Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively within a dynamic and evolving global environment.
  • Operational Judgment: Strong ability to exercise independent judgment, anticipate challenges, and make sound decisions that balance organizational principles with operational efficiency.
