Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all hospital facilities, maintenance, and building operations.
  • Ensure all systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, medical gas) run safely and efficiently.
  • Plan preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies promptly.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and facility improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH, BOMBA, DOSH, and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee safety, security, and environmental initiatives.

Requirements:
