Ansell is looking for Manager, Ethics & Compliance based in Cyberjaya.
This role will be supporting the development and improvement of Ansell’s Ethics & Compliance framework, ensuring alignment with global standards, local regulations, and internal policies. This role manages compliance monitoring, training programs, and policy updates, while providing guidance on risk management and serving as a key contact for compliance inquiries and whistleblower matters. The position promotes a strong culture of integrity and compliance across the organization.

What your role will be in details?
You will be:
Policy and Compliance Program Implementation
- Implement compliance standards, policies and procedures related to the business. Ensure policies, procedures and processes align with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint site to ensure timely updates and accurate posting of all policy documents and compliance communications.
Risk Management and Reporting
- Assist the ECL to conduct compliance risk assessment and provide guidance and advice to management in the development of the process and remediation plan to prioritize and address risks.
- Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of compliance risks across business operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain records of risk-related activities and support audit and review processes.
- Stay informed of emerging regulatory risks and assist in updating risk registers and compliance frameworks accordingly.
Monitoring and Auditing
- Work in coordination and collaboration with the functional teams to establish effective communication pertaining to compliance gaps, risks, and the development and implementation of effective compliance monitoring plans.
- Conduct periodic internal review and monitoring to identify risks and/or compliance gaps and develop corrective mitigation plan, rectification actions and/or advice for management implementation.
Training and communication
- Identify behavioral and perception gaps, develop and conduct trainings and education to both internal and external business partners.
- Review and enhance Code of conduct training and work with different functions to ensure full completion of Code of Conduct training bi-annually.
- Work with Internal Communication team to coordinate and execute the rollout of key compliance messages and initiatives throughout the organization.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure understanding of compliance policies, procedures, and expectations.
Investigation and Resolution
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor whistleblower case trends, volumes, and resolution timelines.
- Analyze whistleblower data to identify patterns, root causes, and potential areas of concern or risk.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership, and other stakeholders to support transparency and accountability.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all whistleblower reporting activities. Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other relevant departments to interpret findings and recommend corrective actions.
Reporting
- Provides periodic compliance reporting to the ECL, and support reporting to senior management and regional Compliance leadership.
External Liaison
- Work closely with counterparts in different countries to ensure a consistent approach to integrity and compliance.
What you will bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field and/or Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
