1.0 Development and Improvement of the Qualification Framework
- Engage with industry and academia to benchmark the current curriculum against emerging industry needs and relevant qualification of competency frameworks.
- Develop strategies to improve the instructional design of a programme.
2.0 Assurance of Programmes’ Quality and Standards
- Analyse results and performance of training providers.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for academic assessment and accreditation process Universities/Colleges including exemptions.
- Conduct curriculum mapping for exemptions.
3.0 Delivery of Programmes
- Co-ordinate and administer tuition classes, orientation and education related activities.
- Manage and maintain the learning materials on the learning management system (LMS).
- Coordinate the publication and storage of learning materials like study guide.
- Prepare and manage the required documents for accreditation purposes (curriculum mappings, tables of specifications, assessment standards).
- Respond to queries on contents, accreditation, exemptions etc. from Stakeholders.
4.0 Others
- Coordinate Education & Training Committee meetings.
- Support and coordinate activities to promote MICPA’s programmes.
- Work closely with Examination Department to enhance the delivery of quality programmes.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or CEO.
- Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient ICT skills to utilise work related software and learning management systems.
- Team player.
Experience
- At least 7 years of working experience in Higher Education Institution, Professional Bodies or learning and development related tasks.
- Experience and knowledge in curriculum and assessment development and quality assurance is preferred.
- Experience in project management or leading a team is an advantage.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any field.
