We’re searching for a Digital Experience Marketing Lead to create engaging, high-performing digital experiences across our regional platforms. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance user journeys, elevate design quality, and improve conversion rates.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead UI/UX strategy and design execution across APAC websites and digital interfaces.
  • Define and deliver conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives grounded in user data and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design language and brand experience.
  • Collaborate with global UX and analytics teams to localize and optimize user journeys.
  • Manage agencies and UX partners to ensure efficient delivery and measurable results.
  • Ensure the marketing calendar and onsite experience is aligned across stakeholders and executed diligently
  • Lead Digital Experience Marketing tea

Who You Are

  • 10-12 years of experience in digital experience, UX, or conversion optimization.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, analytics, and CRO methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Hotjar, GA4, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about design-led innovation and measurable impact on digital performance.
