MANAGER - CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Goodhope is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Corporate Sustainability Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement to be based in Kuala Lumpur. This role will primarily support Upstream/Plantation operations, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting, ESG performance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement strategies, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation and publication of sustainability and ESG reports in line with GRI, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
• Manage and update sustainability content on the company website and LinkedIn, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare sustainability communications, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor ESG trends, sustainability news, and regulatory developments to support informed decision-making.
• Drive engagement on sustainability initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ palm oil industry experience, specifically in sustainability, ESG reporting, or corporate responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of GRI, IFRS, TCFD, and CDP frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in digital content management, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination.
