Manager, Corporate Strategy and Performance
As a junior member of the Corporate Strategy and Performance team, the individual is expected to play an integral role in:
- Supporting the design of macro strategies and roadmap for Group. For example, this includes the creation of our mid term strategies, Forward23
- Supporting the Board and CEO on high priority strategic initiatives
- Supporting transformation initiatives across the Group
- Supporting strategic projects across the firm (e.g. market entry, M&A at the Group level, strategic business partnerships and collaborations)
- Supporting business unit strategies and investments
- Supporting business performance management and reporting
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters degree / Professional Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a strategic or advisory capacity
- Preferably with more then 3 years experience in the financial services industry
Technical/Functional skills
- Good understanding of the financial services industry
- Good set of strategic and operations problem solving skill
- Solid base of financial analysis capabilities
Personal skills
- Good interpersonal skills especially in managing differing viewpoints and objectives of internal stakeholders
- Good presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals/recommendations
