Job description
Manager, Corporate Strategy and Performance

As a junior member of the Corporate Strategy and Performance team, the individual is expected to play an integral role in:

  • Supporting the design of macro strategies and roadmap for Group. For example, this includes the creation of our mid term strategies, Forward23
  • Supporting the Board and CEO on high priority strategic initiatives
  • Supporting transformation initiatives across the Group
  • Supporting strategic projects across the firm (e.g. market entry, M&A at the Group level, strategic business partnerships and collaborations)
  • Supporting business unit strategies and investments
  • Supporting business performance management and reporting
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters degree / Professional Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a strategic or advisory capacity
  • Preferably with more then 3 years experience in the financial services industry
Technical/Functional skills
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry
  • Good set of strategic and operations problem solving skill
  • Solid base of financial analysis capabilities
Personal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills especially in managing differing viewpoints and objectives of internal stakeholders
  • Good presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals/recommendations
