SC Johnson is seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations Manager to lead our Category & Trade Solutions function in Malaysia. This role is pivotal in driving Route-to-Market strategy, sales analytics, in-store execution, and trade spend optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and demand planning to ensure commercial excellence and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Champion Route-to-Market strategies and define success metrics across channels
  • Lead sales forecasting and analytics using tools like DIAL, DMS, Nielsen
  • Drive category management initiatives including planograms and merchandising
  • Manage trade spend budgets and ensure compliance with financial processes
  • Oversee sales tools deployment and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Retail Operations for perfect store execution
  • Supervise and develop a team of Associates in Sales Analysis and Merchandising
  • Support sales incentive planning, KPI tracking, and budget setting
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including GT channel and internal sales ops
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems
  • Deep understanding of GT/MT channel strategies
