Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • To lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s management system based on ISO standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the Company’s broader governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare, review and maintain Company’s overall policies, procedure, guidelines etc. to ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations and streamline internal processes based on best practices.
  • Provide guidance and advice to ensure Company’s operations are comply with corporate governance system and rules set.
  • Monitor the department KPI and guide the team towards achieving the set milestones.
  • Lead the team to support the department core function and other cross functional department continuous improvement action plan to achieve Company's goal.
  • Manage the implementation and certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 37001 across the Group.
  • Monitor audit findings and lead closure activities.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of policies, procedures, guidelines, and manuals.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g. BNM, Bursa, PCI DSS, etc.).
  • Conduct internal training and awareness programs related to IMS/ABMS.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead process reengineering efforts.
