Job Purpose : As the Manager of BSC for Sunway City Iskandar Puteri & Southern Region, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the township's brand identity and presence. Reporting to the Head of BSC, you will help drive brand strategy, narrative development, stakeholder engagement, and integrated communications initiatives.

Job Summary
The BSC Manager will drive the execution of branding and communications strategies that position Sunway City Iskandar Puteri (SCIP) as a model sustainable and smart township. This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution — driving impactful storytelling, integrated campaigns, and brand engagement initiatives that enhance visibility, trust, and community connection.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Communications Leadership
· Support the BSC team in shaping and executing overall brand narratives for SCIP & the Southern Region.
· Lead corporate communications, storytelling, media relations, and digital presence.
· Manage day‑to‑day content planning, campaign rollouts, and corporate communications to strengthen brand consistency and recognition.
· Drive integrated brand and marketing communications aligned with Sunway’s corporate vision and township identity.
2. Campaigns, Events & Content
· Lead and support key campaigns, community events, and initiatives that elevate SCIP’s brand presence.
· Oversee creative content development across social media, website, and traditional media.
· Craft compelling copy and visuals that reflect brand voice and township values.
· Manage SCIP’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong storytelling and engagement strategies.
· Coordinate content calendars, community management, and performance tracking to optimise impact and engagement.
· Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and owned media platforms.
4. Stakeholder & Media Relations
· Coordinate internal and external communications with media, partners, and community stakeholders.
· Support press releases, media coverage, and outreach that reinforce SCIP’s reputation and credibility.
· Work collaboratively across Sunway’s business units to ensure cohesive communications and shared brand purpose.
5. Brand Insights & Continuous Improvement
· Track market trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities to refine brand messaging and strategy.
· Support brand audits, reporting, and insights generation to strengthen future planning and performance tracking.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Branding, Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, brand marketing, or related roles (property or real estate industry experience preferred).
· Proven ability to translate brand strategy into clear and engaging communications.
Skills & Attributes
· Strategic & Creative Thinking: Able to connect brand vision to on‑ground execution.
· Content Development: Strong writing, storytelling, and conceptualization skills.
· Digital Proficiency: Experience managing social media platforms, performance analytics, and community engagement.
· Corporate Communications & PR: Familiarity or experience in media relations, press coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
· Organization & Ownership: Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
· People & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
· Passion for Sustainability & Placemaking: Genuine interest in sustainable development, community building, and purpose‑driven branding.
Added Advantage
· Design Literacy: Hands‑on familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
· Agency or PR Experience: Exposure to creative, media, or public relations agencies.
· Media Writing Experience: Ability to draft or edit PR materials, advertorials, and editorial content for publications.
· Content Creation: video production, photography, event coordination, or creative direction.
· Media Buy & Tools: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, digital analytics (i.e. GA4, Meltwater), or paid media campaign management (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, Programmatic)
