MANAGER, BIM MODELER, PROJECT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

BIM Planning & Execution

Execute based on BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Ensure all digital models comply with BIM standards and that accurate data is available to all stakeholders.

Develop and manage project models, drawings and documentation, including as-built documentation.

Generate 3D models and visualizations using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp).

Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination across all project phases.

Coordinate design matters between architects, consultants, and contractors.

Assist in developing construction drawings, coordination drawings, and other deliverables to support operation.

Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups.

Provide technical support to project teams in developing BIM-based workflows for design, coordination, and construction.
