The Coalition of Defense Industry of Malaysia (CDIM) brings together Malaysia’s defense and security ecosystem — uniting players across aerospace, maritime, land systems, cyber, and emerging technologies.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Manager to support the coalition’s daily operations, programs, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for contributing to Malaysia’s defense industrial growth.

The Opportunity

As Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate CDIM’s day-to-day operations, meetings, and documentation.
  • Support implementation of programs that strengthen defence industry collaboration and capability‑building.
  • Liaise with government agencies, industry members, and partners on behalf of CDIM.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and participation in exhibitions such as DSA, NATSEC Asia, and LIMA.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, and presentation materials for the President and Council.
Who We’re Looking For :
  • 3–7 years of experience in administration, coordination, or project management (preferably in government, GLC, or industry association).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and comfort working with diverse stakeholders.
