Manager/Assistant Manager of Central Support

Plan, strategize, implement and organize work for all sections in Central Support.

Prepare timely management report and analysis on activities/implementations to the Senior Manager, Property Management.

Coordinate with other departments on the process of handling the transfer of vacant possessions, rectification works and other related work.

Manage all strata properties; calculate the amount and rates of maintenance charges and sinking fund, to initiate the formation of JMS and MC: maintain company properties, relevant infrastructure and landscape.

Review, revise and implement appropriate Standard Operating Procedures for the Department.

Plan, develop and maintain landscape for all properties including the assurance of overall township cleanliness and beautification.

Prepare and manage operating budget effectively.

Devise preventative maintenance plans and ensure maintenance schedules are carried out.

Liaise with Project Department to ensure contractors attend to all outstanding building defects and follow up the rectification work progress with stipulated timeline.

Liaise and maintain good rapport with Joint Management committees, Resident Associations, Contractors, Authorities, and Property Owners to address all matters arising. Attend meetings, discussion on complaints by owners, JMC and RA.

Ensure adherence of procedures by subordinates and/or appointed third‑party person(s) in performing responsibly with great discipline in a harmonious environment.

Ensure all works are satisfactorily carried out by subordinates and conforming to directives so as to upkeep the image of the company.

Ensure timely billing and collection of maintenance fees.

Ensure prompt payment of utility bills in all common areas to avoid service interruption.

Ensure services provided by contractors are satisfactorily carried out.

Ensure all complaints are attended to promptly to the satisfaction of the parties concerned.

Ensure proper management and maintenance of Property Management System.

Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management discipline or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance and building facility management with exposure of handling township maintenance, landed or high‑rise property, commercial shop office, etc.

Having working experience in building maintenance of shopping mall is an added advantage.

High integrity, initiative, positive attitude, mission driven and self‑directed.

Good negotiation skill and project management skills.
