A leading retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager for Marketing Loyalty & Engagement. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase member recruitment and retention, coordinating events, managing budgets, and analyzing program effectiveness. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience. Strong creativity and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
To propose, develop and execute mechanic/ campaign for effective member recruitment, including coordination with AEON Credit Service on recruit arrangement.
To propose, develop and execute mechanic/ campaign for effective member retention, activation and engagement, including Star Rewards, aiming to increase member transaction and sales.
To coordinate and support related member on-ground events/ activations/ roadshow.
To support New/ Renovation Store by planning & arrange recruitment, renewal and activation.
To source for and compare premium gifts/ merchandise in trend and propose for member related programs.
To work with creative team/ agencies on develop visual display strategies to enhance customer shopping experience, maximize visibility and drive member sales.
To develop and coordinate marketing materials, such as point-of-sale displays, to drive successful member related programs.
To support in operate and maintaining all related system/ platforms.
To promptly attend and assist to stores, operation and CRM on customer inquiries related to Marketing campaign/ promotion/ activation.
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for loyalty and engagement initiatives.
Analyze program effectiveness and ROI, recommending improvements to increase customer retention and revenue.
Ensure proper internal controls, compliance, and documentation for loyalty-related financial transactions.
Track and report on loyalty metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to optimize loyalty systems and customer data management.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding loyalty program enhancements and cost efficiencies.
