Job summary

A professional services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support various HR functions including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and a relevant degree in Human Resource Management or Business. Strong communication skills in English and analytical abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Possess a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in HR Management or Business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Assist with performance reviews and development programs.
  • Manage payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and provide insights.

Skills

Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support the various HR functions within Talent team and not limited to compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development and etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Support in performance reviews and development programs.
  • Managing compensation and benefits of employees not limited to payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
  • Support in regulatory reports and any other compliance reports.
  • Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly report and provide valuable insights in analysis.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical data skills.
