We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Account based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full‑time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Financial Accounting department and its growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Client Accounting/Trust Accounting team to deliver high‑quality client servicing, ensuring KPIs, TATs, governance and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
  • Oversee capacity planning, workload allocation and resource optimisation to maintain operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, onboarding support and contribution to business‑development opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, implementing automation initiatives and supporting the evolution of the SSC operating model.
  • Develop, coach and upskill team members to build professional competence and foster a productive, engaged and high‑performing work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in accounting role with people‑management experience.
  • Degree holder in Accounting or any relevant professional certificate such as ACCA, CIMA, MIA.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Time‑management skills and good judgement in prioritising deliverables.
