Support and supervise daily operations to maintain company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Train and assist store managers in effective sales, customer service, and supervisory techniques.
Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.
Lead pre-opening training and ensure quality setup for new outlets.
Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent operational standards across all stores.
Participate in rotational training across key departments to gain comprehensive management knowledge.
Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.
Communicate effectively with store teams and management to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations.
