PLC Pet Lovers Centre is launching a Management Trainee program in Malaysia to develop you into a future outlet leader. Trainees will be based in our outlets and receive a structured program designed to equip you with the skills to manage day-to-day retail operations.

We value energetic, sales-driven individuals with a diploma or relevant experience, good communication, and a mature, pleasant personality. Own transport and willingness to travel within Johor Bahru are required.

Qualifications

• Any relevant work experience or diploma holder.
• Energetic and highly driven to meet sales targets.
• Good communication skills and a self-motivated salesperson.

• Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee program to develop leadership.

Sign-on Bonus: up to RM600 for the first 7 months of service
