About the Program

Join our BJAK Management Trainee Program (Operations Track): a 1-year intensive learning program that prepares you to lead operational excellence in one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing tech companies.

What You’ll Experience

• Learn how large-scale operations and customer experiences are managed end-to-end
