Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Ability to “think out of boxes” and has a “never give up” attitude.
• Able to work and stay at the homestay site.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot & humid outdoor conditions.
• Must willing to relocate to any state in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality crop production and farm sustainability.
• Monitor soil health, irrigation, and pest control.
• Generate ROI and immediate revenue through strategic farm planning and sales initiatives.
• EPF & SOCSO.

Salary Packages up to RM 5,000.
