Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the operation (office work)
• Handle data of non‑halal products
• Assist in the recruitment and training of field personnel
• Periodically check field personnel for adherence to SOPs
• Communicate between clients and field personnel
• Interpret and process data, delivering reports with actionable insights and dashboards
• Assist in executing market research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, in FMCG

Qualifications

• Strong people‑oriented skills, especially working with merchandisers and promoters
• Sound knowledge and strong network connections within the fast‑moving consumer goods industry; events/promoter circles are a plus
• Sales and Marketing background is advantageous
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (for writing advertisements and notices)
• Willingness to work in Subang Jaya
• A minimum of 1 year working experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
