A leading logistics firm in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated individual for a rotational position to gain comprehensive exposure across operations, supply chain management, and customer service. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in related fields and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Bahasa Cina is essential for documentation. The role offers a dynamic learning environment focusing on industry best practices and process improvement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Rotational Assignments: Rotate through different departments such as operations, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and customer service to gain a holistic understanding of the logistics business.
Learn Industry Best Practices: Gain insight into industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects, analyze data, and present findings to management.
Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics management and related fields.
Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of logistics operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all aspects of operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must know how to READ in Bahasa Cina due to some documentations are in Bahasa Cina.
Working Days : Monday ~ Friday , 8am to 5pm
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
