Job description
Responsibilities
  • To manage daily administration work and resources, including related claims and payroll staff.
  • To deal with related issues with Payroll Staffs and Non-Payroll Staffs.
  • To liaise with Human Resources Department in dealing with matters related to manpower.
  • To meet the predefined additional duties assigned to the department and ability of the team member to support.
  • To assist in monitoring, reviewing and reporting assigned to the team and leading Management Support for a smooth flow of work.
  • To assist in the enforcement of group policies and procedures to ensure compliance by all levels.
  • To assist in planning and implementing strategic policies and procedures to achieve cost effectiveness, thereby enhancing the professional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To assist in reviewing management analysis, statistic study and business study and highlighting irregularities generated by analysis reports as well as compiling the study of existing operation work flow, proposing new related paths, etc. for the process of automation and computerization.
  • To assist in reviewing, simplifying, streamlining and standardizing the existing various operational processes.
  • To compile the Annual Company Budget, Departmental Budget, Staff Goal Setting, Departmental Tactical Plans and Professional Forms Compilation under clear direction from superior.
  • Strictly maintain and handle company matters in private and confidential.
  • To assist in any other assignments, projects especially on VIP Funeral Cases, assigned by superior from time to time.
