Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional needs.

  • Analyze end-to-end finance business processes, data, workflows, and systems, identify control gaps, inefficiencies, opportunities and best practice for finance function (including automation or digital enhancement for finance operations, and enterprise resource planning and enterprise performance management)

  • Create strategies and blueprints that leverage technologies to improve operations and refine processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)

  • Deliver target operating models (TOMs) and process reengineering solutions for finance functions

  • Evaluate organization’s financial performance/profitability and develop business case

  • Perform finance maturity assessment and benchmarking for finance practice

  • Support CFOs in defining and modeling the key drivers of current and future enterprise value

  • Stay abreast of current regulations (IFRS, MFRS, IRBM etc.), trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem

  • Drive and embed change for client’s finance practice

  • Build meaningful relationships and support in ideation of opportunities

Job Qualifications :

Experience: 8 years and above of relevant experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and enterprise performance management, ideally within a consulting or transformation environment. Relevant experience in leading a team.

Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, ACCA etc.) are a plus

Consulting Background: Prior consulting experience is preferred, especially in finance process design, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentation; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and planning/budgeting tools; experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to convey complex financial insights to diverse stakeholders; experienced in project management and agile delivery methodologies; fluent in English

Digital Finance Acumen: Understanding of emerging finance technologies including AI, machine learning, and automation tools for predictive analytics and performance reporting; awareness of current regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., IFRS, MFRS, tax policies) influencing the CFO ecosystem
