A leading company in Malaysia is seeking fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience for their Management Associate Program (MAP). This 24-month initiative provides cross-functional exposure and mentorship from senior leaders, aiming to accelerate growth into leadership roles. Candidates will handle various HR responsibilities, including claims and payroll transactions, while ensuring compliance and quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a degree in relevant disciplines and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HR related questions and support employees on policies, claims, and benefits.
  • Process employee claims, data updates, and payroll transactions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records, including new hires, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support leave, attendance, and compensation-related updates.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
