Responsibilities

• Ensure operations achieve optimum performance.
• Manage long-term asset maintenance plans.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Execute ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor the setup and move out process.
• Check the atmosphere and ambience in the shopping mall.
• Handle incidents and claims related to common areas.
• Support the Fit-Out Department with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Monitor outsourced staff performance.
• Ensure timely service for tenants and customers.

Job description

To ensure that the operationsachieve optimum performance and efficiency through the appointed outsource vendors and in-house operations team.

Practicingalong-termassetmaintenanceplantoensurethatthebuilding iskeptinshapeasnew.

Topreparereportwhichincludes updateonoperationalmatters.

To doanyAd-Hoc assignment from time totimeasandwhen requiredby theManagement andany relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task.

Ensurecompliancewiththerequirementsoflocalregulationsandallotherrelevantstatutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all relevant company group policies and procedures.

Controlandmonitorthe setupandmoveoutprocessatcommonareainordertomeetourstandard.

DailychecktheatmosphereandambienceintheShopping Malltomeetourstandard.

Handletheincident andcomplainconcerningthecommonarea and handletheinsuranceclaimand execute the reinstatement the damaged assets.

SupportandworkcloselywithFit-OutDepartmentconcerningmove-inandmove-out tenants.

Dailymonitortheoutsourcestaffperformance.

Ensure tenants/customer get relevant service related to operation in due time, example: by means of following up response time on tenants/customer enquiries.
