  • Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information on mall facilities, events, promotions, and tenant locations.
  • Assist tenants with service requests and elevate issues to relevant departments.
  • Monitor mall cleanliness, lighting, air-conditioning, and general ambience; report defects immediately.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk
  • Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information on mall facilities, events, promotions, and tenant locations.
  • Handle lost & found items according to SOP.
  • Assist customers with wheelchair or baby stroller services.
Tenant & Mall Support
  • Assist tenants with service requests and elevate issues to relevant departments.
  • Record customer/tenant feedback and follow up until resolution.
  • Monitor mall cleanliness, lighting, air-conditioning, and general ambience; report defects immediately.
Event & Marketing Support
  • Support mall promotional events, festive activities, and campaigns.
  • Assist in distributing promotional materials and guiding shoppers during events.
Safety & Security
  • Coordinate with Security for emergencies, incidents, or customer assistance.
  • Support crowd control during peak hours or special events.
  • Ensure compliance with mall safety guidelines and SOPs.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain daily logbooks, reports, customer enquiry records, and shift checklists.
  • Manage redemption programs, gift redemptions, and customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory of customer service supplies and request replenishment when required.
