A logistics and shipping services company based in Pasir Gudang is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader. The role involves port call planning, effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance, and utilizing ISS systems. Port Call Planning / Execution:
Effective Communication:
Provide local expert advice:
Keeping abreast of latest development in relevant regulations, industry and ISS Policies and Procedures from official sources.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure services provided comply with local law/regulations and ISS Policies/Procedures.
Statutory Declarations:
Timely and truthful declarations to the following, but not limited to:
Utilisation of ISS Systems:
Ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems (OneDA and Optics) according to Standard Operating Procedures.
