• Five-plus years experience in a customer-facing leadership position, ideally in sales or commercial real estate.
• Proven experience managing multiple P&L statements and driving business performance.
• Demonstrable experience in team management and leadership.

• Deliver a high-quality member experience and oversee community events.
• Handle financial responsibilities including P&L and budgeting.
