The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic in-store Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized customer experience.

You will work within a high-performing team to host in-store events and uphold superior visual merchandising to differentiate the store among competitors. Ideal candidates bring retail sales experience or strong amateur experience, a passion for people, and the ability to provide authentic, personalized service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience in providing inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software

• Previous experience with retail point⁃of⁃sale software
