Job summary
Sansico Industries in Shah Alam is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Sansico machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of pipe welding machine and maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance programs.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Sansico machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance according to the established schedule and urgencies.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues pertaining to the machines and implement actions accordingly to accommodate to the schedule and urgencies.
- Collaborate with Site Engineers to optimise repair and improve machine reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a critical spares inventory for key maintenance items to minimise downtime.
- Communicates any concerns about work process to their manager.
- Assist in machine calibration, and upgrades as required.
