Qualifications

• Preferably Technical School background.
• At least two years hands-on experience in engineering and fabrication of process equipment.
• Experience with electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan periodic & preventive maintenance schedules for machine health.
• Plan shutdown maintenance to sustain machinery performance for productivity targets.
• Identify root causes and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on plant machinery performance and service records.
• Service cranes, welding machines, bevelling machines, grinding tools and wiring.
• Maintain and repair electronic and electrical boards as required.
• Suggest ideas to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure specifications are met.
• Support supervision of air cooler assembly, including E&I wiring and FAT testing.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.
