CBRE in George Town, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering and Technical Services team. You will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and handling repairs under supervision.

You will work with a team to review work orders, support energy management, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while following established procedures.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
