• Check all plumbing and sanitary systems to prevent leaks.

Job description

Responsibilities

• By ensuring that all essential equipment under the daily checklist are checked daily and repaired immediately when necessary
• By checking all M & E equipment to ensure that they are operating within the design specifications
• By observing the physical and working conditions of all equipment/building premises/furniture and fittings during the course of the daily work and report on any findings that require attention
• By checking all plumbing and sanitary system to ensure no blockage and leaks
• By monitoring all works done by outsourced contractors to ensure quality and speed
• By checking the equipment and machineries and supplies to ensure proper handling and storing to avoid damage
• By ensuring proper care in the use of the equipment and supplies

Job Requirements

• Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical is an added advantage
• Minimum with 3 years working experience in general building maintenance industry
• Knowledgeable in basic mechanical & electrical repairing work (Plumbing, carpentry, Air Conditioning, bed and etc)
