Job description

1. Deliver the standard operating procedures for maintenance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

2. Execute maintenance operations and maintain safekeeping records with adequate accessibility.

3. Perform and supervise in-house or outsourced preventive maintenance as scheduled regularly, covering civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.

4. Respond to and deliver any in-house or outsourced corrective maintenance in a timely manner, covering civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.

5. Respond to and deliver emergency maintenance, including but not limited to situations during crisis management (if any), in a timely manner.

6. Provide attentive and responsive customer service in addressing feedback related to maintenance aspects.

7. Supervise workmanship, inspections, rectification, and renovation work by service providers and contractors in accordance with building compliance.

8. Report and update project and operational matters to the building manager, upper management, and committees, if any.

9. Ensure that all safety and compliance aspects of building maintenance are fulfilled.

10. Perform any related tasks assigned by the superior.
