Job Description

• Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other hostel related issues.
• Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, leaking, cloaking etc.
• To complete WCF as per job order for workers' hostel, staff hostel & Office maintenance within in given time frame
• Treat "Emergency case" as top priority and need to be attended within 12 hours. Exp:- TNB & PBA issue.
• Participate in worker's hostel and inventory movement.
• Submit daily report
• Assisting in fire extinguisher collection for renewal & smoke detector battry replacement yearly based on job order.
