Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Trouble shoot and repair plant facilities, machinery, equipment and tooling to meet the expectation performance.
2. Reporting the inspection machine condition, repairing log event, spare part inventory according to facility department system procedure.
3. Carry out the preventive maintenance activities to enhance the effort reduction of break downtime.
4. Assist the facility engineer to continue improve the machinery, facilities and tooling performance.
5. Assist the facility to ensure the vendor work meet the expectation
6. Troubleshoot the machinery due to electrical work such as machinery tripped (included invertor, PLC program, circuit breaker and relay, etc)
7. Experience installation wiring work, electrical faulty part replacement
8. Know how to use the Multimeter and test pen to check the leakage of electrical supply or part diagnosis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in machinery and electrical field.
2. Undergraduate from vocational technician academic school.
3. Willing to work in night shift and overtime public holiday or weekend.
