6-day week, may include night/weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Check and service machines every day (cleaning, greasing, safety checks).

• Fix breakdowns on machines such as extrusion lines, conveyors, offset printers, heading/shouldering presses, trimming machines, and ovens.

• Repair and maintain molds and dies used in extrusion and heading; do polishing and small adjustments.

• Change or fix worn parts like gears, bearings, belts, chains, shafts, and couplings.

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems (cylinders, air valves, compressors, regulators, hoses).

• Do basic electrical repairs: connect motors, sensors, switches, relays, simple wiring.

• Help production team during job changeovers (setting up tooling, adjusting machine settings, test runs).

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in factory or industrial machine repair

• Strong mechanical repair skills: molds, dies, gears, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems.

• Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, sensors, PLCs, relays).

• Able to read simple mechanical drawings or manuals.

• Lathing, machining, or fabrication skill
