Maintenance Team Leader/Senior Maintenance Engineer (manufacturing)

Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Diagnose equipment issues by monitoring and analyzing machine operation.

Disassemble equipment and repair or replace faulty components as needed.

Identify part requirements through inspection, measurement, and use of precision instruments.

Manage spare parts and maintenance supplies by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment.

Train production staff on routine preventive maintenance procedures.

Experience with plastic injection molding machines or terminal crimping machines is a strong advantage.

Prepare maintenance reports by compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data, trends, and performance metrics.

Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Enforce environmental, safety, and health (ESH) standards, as well as company, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance roles.

Strong results‐driven mindset with demonstrated ability to lead teams to meet and exceed production KPIs.
